Information we collect

DOM Tech Academy collects information needed to run enrollment, class communication, billing, and support. This can include parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, address, student name, student age, current school, interests, selected courses, schedules, learning mode, application ID, payment status, and account or billing identifiers.

When you use the website, we may also receive technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, referral source, and general usage data.

How we use information

• Review applications and contact families about enrollment.
• Create and manage application IDs, tuition checkout sessions, invoices, subscriptions, and billing portal access.
• Send application confirmations, payment receipts, payment-required reminders, cancellation notices, and support replies.
• Improve website reliability, security, analytics, and user experience.
• Maintain administrative audit logs for payment, reminder, cancellation, and support workflows.

Student and child information

Our programs are designed for children and families, but applications must be submitted by a parent or guardian. We use student information only for enrollment, class planning, schedule coordination, billing support, and communication with the parent or guardian.

If you believe a child provided information without parent or guardian permission, contact us and we will review or remove the information as appropriate.

Payments and billing

Tuition checkout, subscriptions, billing portal access, invoices, and payment methods are handled through Stripe. DOM Tech Academy does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our own servers.

We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, checkout session IDs, invoice IDs, payment status, payment email, payment amount, and next billing or cancellation dates so we can support your account.

Email and SMS communication

We use email and SMS services to send application, billing, payment-required, receipt, reminder, and cancellation messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS reminders, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. You may also contact info@domtechacademy.com.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and academy workflows. These may include Firebase or Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, database, and logs; Stripe for payments and billing; EmailJS for email delivery; Telnyx for SMS delivery; Google Analytics for website analytics; and Google Maps for location display.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to DOM Tech Academy and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transition involving DOM Tech Academy.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online system is perfect, but we work to limit access to authorized team members and service providers.

We keep information for as long as needed for enrollment, billing, tax, audit, legal, operational, and support purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
• Use the Stripe billing portal to manage payment methods and subscriptions when available.
• Opt out of SMS reminders by replying STOP.
• Control cookies and analytics through your browser settings where supported.
