Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DOM Tech Academy website, application forms, contact forms, billing access tools, communications, and related online services. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

If you are submitting information for a student, you confirm that you are the student's parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized adult.

Academy programs and applications

DOM Tech Academy provides coding, robotics, and STEM education programs for students. Program availability, schedule options, class format, course selection, capacity, partnership offers, and tuition may change based on enrollment, staffing, location, and operational needs.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, seat availability, a specific schedule, or a specific class placement. Our team may contact you to confirm details before finalizing enrollment.

Application information

You agree that information submitted through the application form is accurate and complete. This includes parent or guardian contact information, student information, course choices, learning mode, schedule preferences, package selection, and agreement confirmations.

DOM Tech Academy may use your application ID to connect your enrollment, payment, reminders, billing portal access, and support requests.

Tuition, checkout, and subscriptions

Tuition payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. When you submit an application and continue to checkout, you authorize Stripe and DOM Tech Academy to process the selected tuition amount according to the package, student count, discount, partnership offer, or smoke-test checkout shown at the time of payment.

Monthly tuition subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Stripe may show the next billing date, invoice history, payment method, billing email, and subscription status inside the billing portal.

Pay later and payment reminders

If you choose Pay Later or leave checkout before completing payment, DOM Tech Academy may send payment-required reminders by email or SMS using the application ID and contact information provided.

Payment windows and payment links may expire. If a payment window expires, our team or automated billing workflow may refresh the window, ask you to resubmit details, or ask you to contact us before continuing.

Cancellations and account changes

You may manage eligible subscriptions, payment methods, and billing information through the Stripe billing portal when available. Cancellation timing, service end date, and invoice history may be shown in Stripe.

If a subscription is canceled, DOM Tech Academy may send a confirmation email or SMS. Cancellation does not automatically remove prior invoices, charges, application records, or administrative logs.

Refunds and billing questions

Refunds, credits, missed classes, schedule changes, and billing corrections are reviewed by DOM Tech Academy on a case-by-case basis unless a separate written agreement applies.

Email and SMS terms

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that DOM Tech Academy may contact you about applications, enrollment, payments, payment reminders, receipts, cancellations, schedule coordination, and support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS reminders, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or harmful information.
• Do not attempt to access admin, billing, Firebase, Stripe, SMS, email, or other systems without authorization.
• Do not interfere with website security, payment workflows, authentication, logging, or other users.
• Do not copy, misuse, or redistribute DOM Tech Academy content, branding, course materials, or communications without permission.

Third-party services

The website and academy workflows may connect to third-party services including Stripe, Firebase or Google Cloud, EmailJS, Telnyx, Google Analytics, and Google Maps. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

We work to keep the website and billing workflows available, but online services can be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, browser behavior, device settings, network problems, or security controls.

Changes to these terms

DOM Tech Academy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
